Tipsy Restaurant is a whole little bistro captured in miniature — a "Bistro Bar" storefront on a cobbled corner, a wooden counter stacked with bottles, coffee and beer taps, chalkboard menus, hanging plants and a snug table where a small bear waits for supper. A built-in LED lights it with a warm, golden glow, and it builds into a relaxing, hands-on project of 297 precision-cut pieces.
